Liner Notes for The Bus Stop LP

So it has come to this: 3 projects in one year. 1. Flatline, 2. The Motions with Mr. Fahrenheit, 3. My new album The Bus Stop LP. The goal was to release 3 projects in order for me to progress with my craft. I appreciate the support from my peers, friends, and family on this prestigious journey so far. In the end I turn to this craft as my therapy from the wanders of this world. I wouldn't know what to do if I didn't turn to this epic journey that is music. It's the only thing that is keeping me sane. And to that I thank God first and foremost for allowing me to seek a gift for what it's been worth of so far. I don't know who to turn to and thank as far as someone higher is concerned...but I thank you. To my family thanks so much I appreciate the love. Sound Army thank you for supporting what I do. Though it's a bit different from the genre everyone loves as a whole with rock music, I cherish everyone that has given me a pass with the songs that I sing, write, perform, record, etc. Hopefully this album will be used as one of many tools for some motivation to release music from other members. Joseph Stowers being the other half releasing music: I thank you for being open to record some of the songs from the album via guitar and vocals, helping me write some of the material on it, and letting me record at The Sub-Suburban Productions studio lol. Also thanks for shooting the video for "The Attachment". I appreciate it my friend for being one of the driving forces to make this happen. We got a lot that's heading towards future projects and it's not gonna stop. The only way to go from here is up. Chepo Days thanks so much for letting me record every single time at The U for this album. I thank you for maintaining a working relationship with some of the music we've recorded over the past 2 years. You're also one of the driving forces for allowing this whole jig to happen. Thank you for being so open, you never objected to what I said on record, period. Thank you Ana Garcia for making the album cover for the album. I come over to The U with all of your drawings on the wall and I must say they're all astonishing. Thank you for helping me make the vision for this album happen. Girl you got skills lol. Big ups to Frank at Dognoir records. I shall forever give thanks for signing me to such an amazing label full of talent, gifted artists, and overall dope ass bands. Lexi Lane thanks so much for being such a warm and genuine person to lay down vocals for "Sweater". I appreciate you for being open to record the written material layed out. Your voice is soothing as well, can't wait to hear future stuff from The Dead Ends. Mr. Fahrenheit thanks so much for creating an avenue of music with me this year. One of the things that I truly love is when there is when two artists bounce ideas from each other, which is what the two of us did. I remember that night so vividly when we met up and you played me 30 beats, but this one for the album is definitely the pick of the litter. Much love. Floopy, I thank you for the enthusiasm for the album and coming through to record it with Joe and I. The beat you produced "Sending" is what got me hyped from the jump when it came to you. I remember coming home drunk one night on the bus. I didn't have any gas to drive that night so in turn I took the bus. I felt shitty about it but come to find out: the only thing that got me to a positive note was that beat. And for that I told you that I wanted a beat kind of like that. I'm sure it was a cake walk for you to make/ I liked the final product all in all. Definitely a good song and for me to not work with you again would be oh so wrong lol. Let's go mane! Big ups to Solar Vexus, Ricky Wood, and Orlando Greenhill for all the support and appearing for in "The Attachment" video. You guys amaze me everyday for the support and love you guys give. My first album...WOW. I can't believe it. I'm pinching myself as I'm typing. With that said, this album is Dedicated to Antonio Silva I, My aunt Maria, Patricia McClendon, and Fernando Cardenas. I love you all. For everyone who has supported my music so far I thank you so much and we got more to come so don't look away just yet lol peace and love.

To My Father And Aunts Family And Friends: Feel Free To Take A Read If You Want

Today just so happens to be the day of my aunt's passing (which happened 8 years ago). She just so happened to be the greatest aunt that I've ever had. As a family man and an adult I decided to pay my respects and am acknowledge the fact that I haven't forgotten about her. She was a wonderful, warm hearted, genuine woman. Someone I loved very much. She is currently laid to rest beside the man that she loved who also passed. I never knew, though may he rest I'm peace as well. I paid my respects on instagram last night with a picture saying I love you. There was an individual in the comment section who just so happens to be a friend of my father (rest in peace) who, for whatever reason, decided to be childish in an adult like situation and bark out of his mouth with him saying: "miss them both!" Now...first and foremost I say this again (with love of course): I never knew my aunt's boyfriend at all but may he rest in peace and thank you for the accolades that you have done for my aunt and cousins. But the comment alone was unnecessary. Never have I felt so disrespected in my life. The man had no business saying that...as if I'm not a family man when in fact I am. I show nothing but unconditional love whenever I make my way around to them. Let alone that comment was not only a disrespect to me, but towards my own family with the mother that raised my and four of my siblings. That post was about my aunt, but you turned around and shot the gun at me as if I'm a remedial individual with a dunce cap. So in turn, life has been great for me. I'm starting to realize that I love my life enough to the point where I'm starting to cut out negative people. Not because I want to, but for good reason. I'm living to find my happiness again, and I will cut off whoever by any means necessary. This man was a friend to my father....but as of now in this day and age: that doesn't mean he has to be a friend of mine. He's not my friend: plain and simple. There have been family members I've cut off as well (a whole lot as a matter of fact). But to the ones that have been down for me and had my back: I thank you and I love yall with all my heart. This goes to show: you can't be sentimental on the internet anymore. Even the ones that are close you will get sensitive.

Liner Notes For Flatline

Tomorrow is the last day that I'll be working on my new project “Flatline” which is due soon within the next couple of months but for right now I'd like to take the chance to send out liner notes/thank yous due to the fact that I still believe in them whether it's a big or smaller scale project. I’d like to thank the most high G-O-D my God for blessing each and every single person (including myself) on this fine earth with a gift and passion to seek for. No matter what it may be I thank you God for this amazing piece of work having to be done for the past 4-5 months. To my mother I thank you for sticking behind me on this journey through my music. Any other mother would be upset or doubtful towards their child to stick with this profession of work however you understood that this is the only thing that is juggling my happiness, my freedom, and my sanity. Thank you so much and I love you. To my whole entire family thank you for showing support through everything that I do, I love y'all. The man himself Chepo Diaz, thank you for letting me come into your house, drink all your water, and allowing me to record this project with you. You be making my voice sound immaculate af lol. Thank you brutha, and we got some more projects coming up together especially albums, tapes etc. so look out lol. To my main man Orlando...I was a quiet, shallow, and abandoned kid who never spoke to the world when we met. I haven't stepped foot outside of my house for a whole year up to that point when we first spoke to each other. It felt great to be a productive member of society when I was first acknowledged by you and regardless I thank you for taking me in with open arms. You sir are the definition of a creative human being and I appreciate you throwing me into the fold of Sound Army for the past five years. It’s an honor my friend. Special shout out to all the Sound Army members...y'all are the craziest bastards I've ever gotten along with in life. Y'all are a huge part of what I do and I thank you for all the support. Especially Joseph Stowers: thanks for coming in with ideas to run by me, filling in guitar chords on songs, and coming to perform with me at these shows/promoting the project. Thank you good sir and I hope you dig that beat we produced. Also my nigga Edward James Kenway aka Chuwop aka DJ Doo Doo Stank aka White Gucci aka The Rudeboy Werewolf From Outer Space: Chuy. Thank you for reppin our group hard no matter where you went during the past year. Whether you realize it or not: you are the glue that keeps this group together. I thank you for your work on my projects and for some of the instrumentals that you produced for me as well. I know you're not in a great place right now heading into the next year as far as your condition goes but you finna be alright fam. It'll only be fuel for more music and more accolades to tackle down. Big shout out to Gericho. I appreciate your work on “Not Thinking About You”. You're dope as shit to work with and one hell of a damn vocalist. I been trying to collab with you for a while before hand, nervous enough that it might not happen. Thankfully it did. Our collab showed that starving artists like us aren't lone wolves after all and together it’s a masterpiece in the end. Thanks again and I'm ecstatic to work on the “Time Capsule” album with you. Much respect to Chepo for puttin me on game with Madlib for Soon The New Day. Though newer shit excites me, I like some of that old school type of feel too. To the love of my life I thank you for all your support for me no matter how mediocre it sounds to the average joe. I love you with all my heart. Big shout out to Jetlag, Ghet-Dough, and Brandon Ramirez y'all dudes got next in what you do. I got you if you need anything. Jay Magnum, Knobahdi, Author Felicia Cade, Jumakae, Donovan Vim Cromy, MC JC, Mr. Fahrenheit, Jesus Amezcua, Shadow of In Your City News, Long Beach Underground, Subject Matter of Sound Army, Fernando Gallegos, Paradise Lane y'all killin shit too. Loving the movement, you guys make Long Beach for what it's worth. Sound Army album is coming soon featuring my song “Oh So Cold”. Much respect to the people of the reggae culture and music. It was fun while it lasted with experimenting in that line of music, though I had to show naysayers that I'm not a one trick pony in the genre. My music speaks for itself no matter what genre it is. You SHUCK The EP is coming soon after Flatline. Much love to everyone who has supported my music so far. I dearly appreciate it and hopefully you enjoy it when it's here. Peace and love. ✌❤

When I die, fuck it I wanna go to hell
Cause I'm a piece of shit, it ain't hard to fuckin' tell
It don't make sense, goin' to heaven wit the goodie-goodies
Dressed in white, I like black Tims and black hoodies
God will probably have me on some real strict shit
No sleepin' all day, no gettin my dick licked
Hangin' with the goodie-goodies loungin' in paradise
Fuck that shit, I wanna tote guns and shoot dice
All my life I been considered as the worst
Lyin' to my mother, even stealin' out her purse
Crime after crime, from drugs to extortion
I know my mother wished she got a fuckin' abortion
She don't even love me like she did when I was younger
Suckin' on her chest just to stop my fuckin' hunger
I wonder if I died, would tears come to her eyes?
Forgive me for my disrespect, forgive me for my lies
My babies' mothers 8 months, her little sister's 2
Who's to blame for both of them (naw nigga, not you)
I swear to God I just want to slit my wrists and end this bullshit
Throw the Magnum to my head, threaten to pull shit
And squeeze, until the bed's, completely red
I'm glad I'm dead, a worthless fuckin' buddah head
The stress is buildin' up, I can't,
I can't believe suicide's on my fuckin' mind
I want to leave, I swear to God I feel like death is fuckin' callin' me
Naw you wouldn't understand (nigga, talk to me please)
You see its kinda like the crack did to Pookie, in New Jack
Except when I cross over, there ain't no comin' back
Should I die on the train track, like Remo in Beatstreet
People at the funeral frontin' like they miss me
My baby momma kissed me but she glad I'm gone
She knew me and her sista had somethin' goin' on
I reach my peak, I can't speak,
call my nigga Chic, tell him that my will is weak.
I'm sick of niggas lyin', I'm sick of bitches hawkin',
matter of fact, I'm sick of talkin'.
[BANG]

Alien Monkeys

It was the fall of 1993, I was only 4 years old. I was with my mother, aunt, cousin and sister coming from my house to drop off my aunt to her house. It was pitch black dark at night shortly arriving to my aunt's house. It was a bit strange as we noticed the lights were flickering on and off from inside her house. We kept noticing it from her window. She lived in a to leveled apartment, with her being on the second level. We headed towards the second level and the view that we got was kind of crazy...we saw that there were aliens shaped like monkeys crawling around on the neighbors roof. The neighbors were elderly so they were asleep shortly then on, so they didn't notice a crack. We rushed inside of our aunt's apartment and everything was going on and off by themselves: lights, stove, shower, TV, vacuum cleaner, and every other household appliances. I grabbed my mother's keys, rushed downstairs to hop in the car and literally pee'd my pants. Quite embarrassing, but coming from that experience I believe there are aliens out there and it's no joke. Absolutely nothing to be played with.
And of course,you might
I might be a little left brain about it because i was four years old but this really did happen, i cant make this up

I made the following beat earlier as a dedication to those freaky creatures out there. This one is for you.

Birthday Wishes

I want to take a moment to say thank you all for the birthday wishes, I appreciate you taking the time out of your busy day to lending me a shout out. As a friend, family member or associate: I don't mean to give the "download my mixtape fam speech" but the following project is something that I've worked on for the past 4 months out of boredom, frustration, and anger. Plus more positive moods, I don't mean to be a Debby downer. I've met up with some great people who have helped me with this tape and I have to thank them for all the support and dedication. Without you I couldn't have done it alone. To Wendy Levin, thank you for being so kind to visit your studio to record some of my material. It was an honor to work with you. To Chepo: thanks for having the same passion, hunger and dedication as me. You're really dope as a musician and engineer. And there's no doubt in my mind that we will for sure make more noise. To Chuy: my Tigerclaw and Sound Army, brother thank you for putting one of your many gems on "Sound Army". You're the glue to the group and I admire your drive that keeps on going. Orlando thanks for supporting me to do a solo project and getting me on my feet when I couldn't. Without you, I don't where I'll be. And you (the listener) thank you for coming out of your way to listen to "Ride" and "Precious". Words can't describe how much I appreciate your support. This is my first solo project, giving it away for free and for your listening pleasure. It'd be a wonderful birthday present if you'd have a listen and all, if you don't mind. Enjoy it, spread the word, and most importantly thank you for accepting me in doing what I love. I'm Tonyizdead, and Dead Inside The Music < hit link to download

Thank You

Ride is at 377 plays on SoundCloud. It's been out for about 2 months and already it's got some good numbers. I'm usually not the one to praise an accolade due to staying consistent in my craft, but I thank you all from the bottom of my heart. I've never thought that I'd have this many plays so far, let alone have anyone pay attention. It truly means a lot. More music coming your way...

If I Died Today...

And if I didn't make it
into this mainstream industry
of music, I can honestly say that I was more than proud to live out my dream: record my music and sing in front of a live stage with everyone feeding me nothing but love and support. I appreciate everyone's support so far. I love and cherish you all no matter what.

Come On Let's Pray

Come on let's pray: Dear Lord...
Please forgive us for all the sins we have brought upon us
And look down upon us with forgiveness for all the sins we will have in the future
I know you understand that niggas ain't perfect, but we try, Lord
We try to keep our heads up in bad times
This is a bad time; show us the way
And if you can't show us the way
Then forgive us for being lost

It Ain't Over 'Til I Say It's Over

Despite the leader of my music group telling me to cut ties with my previous endeavors of people that I used to work with...No matter what I'm still yelling out, and continuing my campaign in syaing FUCK the Long Beach Music Council for doing me dirty. You DO NOT yell in my face for me to do what you say.I am an artist, not a slave. And I will continue to work with and for artists with freedom of choice.

The Presentation: Hear Me Out Though

Six long years...it's been six years since I haven't been recording my music. I had no idea when I'd be in a full functioning studio making music again. To be honest, I never thought it would happen in my wildest dreams ever again. But it feels good to say that I'm coming with music for you. I shall forever give thanks to Sound Army, Orlando, and Chuy (even though you're gone..you're still here with us) for the support and helping me grow as an artist. You guys don't know how much I appreciate you working with me for these past several years. To the people who are into my music and have seen me perform: I thank you with all of my heart. For those who recognized Tigerclaw, I thank you all as well for all the peace, love ad support. Though our time was cut short, it was for the better on both ends from the two of us. Plastic Saxophone is Chuy's solo project that he's working on...he has some new and also great stuff coming your way.  But allow me to reintroduce myself: I'm Tonyizdead. Now I may know what you're thinking..."is he suicidal?" or "is he infatuated with death or the topic of it at hand?" Absolutely not. However I should point out that I'm  Dead Inside The Music. Meaning this is nothing more than an addiction for me. I can't shy away from it, nor ignore it. It'll be consistent with me for the rest of my life. Dead Inside The Music just so happens to be the name of my debut mixtape. Sure, throw your two cents on how pathetic an unknown artist now a days can only rely on a mixtape, but it's the only thing that's left for me to do. I have to do this to share to you that I'm genuine and warm, and that it's a great option to leave a staple on the music scene in general. Last year I was "managed" by the Long Beach Music Council...and they would've been mad If I were to release this kind of material. To hell with them, I will continue to fight for what I believe in with no one to answer to. The moral to my story is also fight for what you believe in, even if it means walking away. Any opportunity is good opportunity If I so say so myself. I will continue to focus on the goal and vision for Sound Army no matter what. The majority of tracks on this mixtape are produced by myself, and lyrics are made of on the spot from myself. I just want to spread my gift with you all and send nothing but positive vibes. The following track is a song I recorded not too long ago and it is produced by myself. The song is called "Ride". I hope you enjoy it, there will be more music coming soon. Once again my name is Tonyizdead, and I sing for my sanity.

I miss my grandmother so much...she was the only person to have loved me for whatever flaw, goal, and aspirations I had during the time she was alive. She showed me unconditional love for every time I came to her. Words can't describe how much I think of her every single day. At work I drive by the hospital she was in when she was diagnosed with cancer and it hurts to drive by it every single day. I feel as if I'm a lonewolf every single day when I interact with others who have loved me. I give it my all and I make mistakes as a human being. I grow from it every single day and I become a happy person. I don't want to be put in this box as a negative and angry person because that's not who I am. I'm actually a soft spoken, warm and genuine person in the inside who wants to succeed in life with everything that comes my way. In the past 12 months I've had people come into my life and throw dirt on my name...those people are no longer here. Summer is here and I'm going to feel alive, I'm going to love, connect, and feel as if my grandmother is on this earth with me. No anger and animosity will be tolerated from me. I don't like being like this...and I don't like to feel as if people see me as this angry and mad person. I miss my grandmother very much...the one person I can lean on for all of my troubles and uplift my spirits. I'm not who you think I am, I am a good person.

Antonio (Poem)

Take care of the kids were your last words to mom
Making sure your comfort with us could never go wrong
I had thought you were secure enough to go head on with no fear
Making sure everything was clear
But the big man upstairs said that you could no longer be here.
That brought me with bawling tears
Father it's been 20 years since you've been gone
But somehow someway I make sure there is a bond
Between the both of us I knew you were good man
I understand that your love is still grand
I was only six and I didn't really get your demise
But with your spirit with us to this very day, your name stays alive.
As your son there is nothing but unconditional love for you.
As I lay my eyes smiling above for you.
Your son, daughter, brothers, sisters, mother, and everyone in your family and circle of friends miss you deeply.
With my thoughts and prayers somehow someway I know you can read me.
Today we will not cry, no time to be sad
We celebrate you, to this very day you are still the best father that I ever had.

I love you so much dad, rest in paradise.
