Antonio (Poem)

Take care of the kids were your last words to mom
Making sure your comfort with us could never go wrong
I had thought you were secure enough to go head on with no fear
Making sure everything was clear
But the big man upstairs said that you could no longer be here.
That brought me with bawling tears
Father it's been 20 years since you've been gone
But somehow someway I make sure there is a bond
Between the both of us I knew you were good man
I understand that your love is still grand
I was only six and I didn't really get your demise
But with your spirit with us to this very day, your name stays alive.
As your son there is nothing but unconditional love for you.
As I lay my eyes smiling above for you.
Your son, daughter, brothers, sisters, mother, and everyone in your family and circle of friends miss you deeply.
With my thoughts and prayers somehow someway I know you can read me.
Today we will not cry, no time to be sad
We celebrate you, to this very day you are still the best father that I ever had.

I love you so much dad, rest in paradise.
