How convenient. Are they really broke over there? Last year alone they weren't about to spend no money on a Lakers parade because there were "broke". Guess what only city job they're not cutting. You guessed right and it is the LAPD. It's getting real sad in this little ol' world we call Earth. Let Long Beach do some shit like this, I dare them lol.
